First of all, I have to share this video. Scott took this video at Ethan's last soccer game. He does his trademark move the "pull back" and goes in for a goal. As he did with every other goal this season he jumps up and down and puts both fists in the air. Priceless. I'm so glad he got this on video. I have watched it so many times. I am also glad that he put music to the video because the unedited version has my Mom and I screaming "GO ETHAN" "GO TIGERS" and my Dad chattering in the background. No one needs to hear that. I can't remember how to put the YouTube thingy on the blog. I think I am losing skills the longer I do not go to an office each day.

As Thanksgiving approaches I cannot stop thinking about how thankful I am for this life. God has blessed us so much and he deserves all the glory. We are SO excited about our new baby "sister" that will be here soon enough. The boys talk about her non-stop and are constantly kissing my belly and Ethan loves to feel her kick. Any time Reece sees the color pink he says "MY BABY SISTER'S FAVORITE COLOR!!" I love it and am so thankful for these days with my boys. Are there days when I want to pull my hair out....absolutely, but I know that these days will never be here again.
I heard of a great Thanksgiving tradition that I must share. I recently joined the local MOPS group. At our last meeting our group discussed holiday traditions. One girl mentioned that about 7 years ago her sister-in-law made a Thanksgiving scrapbook for the family. She had everyone write in it and write what they were thankful for that year. She said that her poor sister-in-law got made fun of and everyone thought it was cheesy. She said that she continued to bring it every year and make everyone sign it. Each year brought more words from everyone and it has become something they all look forward to each year. She said that her daughter was 7 when they started it and now she is 14. She talked about how exciting it is to look back through the years and look at what her kids have written through the years. I think it's a great idea and I am going to do it for our family. I am not going to take it to the big family dinner, but I am doing ours with just the 4 (soon to be 5) of us. It doesn't even have to be a scrapbook, it could be a notebook. Anything to capture those times & memories. I am looking forward to it and to seeing what my boys have to say they are thankful for this year.
